The Marquam Bridge is frequently regarded as an eyesore; in fact, the general disdain for how it looks is why the Fremont Bridge had a much larger budget for aesthetic concerns. With that said, I’m actually quite fond of it; but then, I’m clearly a fan of the built world, and how infrastructure looks when you get at it from unexpected angles.
