Quite frankly, my takeaway from this book is that I am not the right person to do the talking to science deniers. I spent a lot of this book absolutely infuriated that the people in his examples of science deniers are like that, and one of the key things to do, if you’re going to try to get through to them, is to not be incandescent with rage at them. Whoops.
If you’re less prone to trying to set people aflame with your mind, then you might find some value in this book. It’s worth a shot, anyways.1
